1. The internal architecture of the Financial Model component is designed to accommodate

incorporated or function independently of the existing planning applications.

Finance Logix produces detailed reports and graphics that contain client’s current financial data
integrated with the desired assumptions and projections from program generated financial plans. Reports
can be saved as PDF files on the user’s desktop or on the server to accommodate web
users. Using the Financial Engine XML-based interfaces, assumptions and results of the calculations
can be easily queried and used in any other external report.

and transfer to the new .NET platform if required. The non-proprietary nature of the tools
